Child Advocacy Service

All children and young people  in Croydon who are subject to a Child Protection Plan,  are Looked After, or are a Care Leaver can access our Advocacy Service which is provided by Barnardo’s.  The main purpose of a child advocate is to enable children to express their wishes and feelings. The aim of child advocacy is to encourage the empowerment of children and uphold their human rights.

We want our Advocacy Service to reach as many children and young people as possible, at the moment it is used mainly by Care Leavers. Please complete this anonymous online survey to help us think about what we will do together to change this.
